EZ Lab Testing LLC operates an online platform that allows consumers to browse, select, and purchase laboratory tests at transparent, cash-pay prices. We connect you with independent, CLIA-certified laboratories that perform the testing. Our services include:
We are a technology and commerce platform. We do not operate laboratories, collect specimens, analyze samples, or generate test results.
EZ Lab Testing LLC is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, clinic, or laboratory. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical interpretations of any kind. We are a commerce platform that facilitates the ordering of lab tests from independent laboratories.
Nothing on the Platform should be construed as medical advice. The information provided on our websites, including test descriptions, educational content, and general health information, is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You should always consult a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition, test results, or treatment decisions. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information you read on the Platform.

Certain tests may be restricted in specific states due to regulatory requirements. It is your responsibility to verify that the tests you order are available in your state. We will make reasonable efforts to display any known state restrictions during the ordering process.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Providing false or inaccurate personal information may result in your order being rejected by our laboratory partners, delayed results, or account termination.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or inactivity.
Pricing. All prices displayed on the Platform are cash-pay prices in U.S. dollars. We do not accept insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.
Payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We accept major credit and debit cards. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Order Confirmation. After payment, you will receive an order confirmation and a lab requisition form. This requisition authorizes the laboratory to perform the ordered tests.
Refund Policy.
Promotional Codes. Promotional codes or discounts are subject to their specific terms, are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers, and may be revoked at any time.
All laboratory testing is performed by independent, CLIA-certified laboratories that are separate legal entities from EZ Lab Testing LLC. Our laboratory partners include, but are not limited to, Access Medical Laboratories, LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, and Clinical Pathology Laboratories.
We do not control, operate, or supervise the laboratories, their personnel, their testing procedures, or their quality assurance processes. Each laboratory is independently licensed, regulated, and responsible for the accuracy and reliability of its testing services.
Specimen collection takes place at designated draw centers operated by our laboratory partners or their affiliates. The draw center experience, including wait times, phlebotomist conduct, and facility conditions, is outside our control.
Turnaround times for test results vary by test type and laboratory. While we provide estimated timeframes, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for results.
Test results are generated by the performing laboratory, not by EZ Lab Testing LLC. Results are delivered through the Platform as a convenience. We do not interpret, analyze, validate, or modify results in any way.
You are strongly encouraged to share your test results with a qualified healthcare provider for interpretation and follow-up care. Do not make medical decisions based solely on lab results without consulting a physician or other licensed healthcare professional.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of results provided by our laboratory partners. If you believe your results contain an error, please contact us and we will coordinate with the performing laboratory on your behalf.
Your use of the Platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship, provider-patient relationship, or any clinical relationship between you and EZ Lab Testing LLC, its owners, employees, or affiliates.
While a licensed physician may authorize lab requisitions as required by applicable law, this authorization does not constitute a clinical consultation, medical examination, or establishment of a doctor-patient relationship. No physician employed by or contracted with EZ Lab Testing LLC will provide you with medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
Laboratory test results are not diagnoses. A lab result that falls outside a reference range does not necessarily indicate disease, and a result within the reference range does not necessarily indicate health. Results must be interpreted in context by a qualified healthcare provider who can consider your medical history, symptoms, medications, and other factors.
The Platform may contain general health information and test descriptions for educational purposes. This content is not tailored to your individual health situation and should not be relied upon as personal medical advice.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use this Platform to address urgent health concerns.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
We handle your personal and order information with care. However, please be aware that once your information is transmitted to a laboratory partner for testing purposes, that laboratory's privacy practices and HIPAA obligations govern the handling of your protected health information (PHI).
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of EZ Lab Testing LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The trademarks "EZ Lab Testing," "STD Lab Tests," "EZ Lab Tests," "Lab Test Info," and all associated logos and designs are trademarks of EZ Lab Testing LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EZ LAB TESTING LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EZ Lab Testing LLC, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Informal Resolution. Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at support@ezlabtests.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
Binding Arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and EZ Lab Testing LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Texas, unless both parties agree to a different location or to virtual proceedings.
Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against EZ Lab Testing LLC.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court's jurisdictional limits. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in court for claims related to intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, for material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (such as by email or a prominent notice on the Platform).
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account deletion.
